How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to provide your shipping information and payment details.

What is the delivery period?

Gauteng: 1-3 Working Days

Cape Town, Durban & other main cities 2-4 Working Days

Outlying areas 2-5 Working Days.

Orders placed before 2:30 PM will be shipped the same day on the shipping days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.Orders placed after this time will be postponed to the next shipping day.Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayFast & Yoco secured with all major banks. Instant EFT so you instantly can pay directly with immediate bank to bank payments. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, You can use your order number to track the status and location of your package.

Our return policy allows for returns of unopened and unused items within 3 working days of receiving your order. Please refer to our detailed return policy for more information. For hygienic purposes , Golden Rose South Africa will not exchange or Refund Mascara’s, Liquid Eyeliners , Eye pencils and Liquid Lipsticks/Lip-glosses unless the product is defective.

Can I exchange a product if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?

Yes,Exchanges will be granted on all unused/sealed product within 7 days of customer receiving product (receive date will be determined by the delivery date by courier) – please inform Golden Rose SA via email to support@goldenrose.co.za (within 7 day period).

Is Golden Rose Products tested on animals?

Not at all! Golden Rose Cosmetics is not tested on animals. In 2022, Golden Rose Cosmetics proudly received certification from PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), affirming their commitment to cruelty-free practices. This certification means that Golden Rose Cosmetics does not conduct or commission any animal testing for their products or ingredients. They also do not source from suppliers who engage in animal testing. Determining the right color is still quite difficult, because there are so many different colors. What suits your face, skin color and undertone? We are happy to help you find the right color in just a few steps.
